In this blog, we are answering some of our most frequently asked questions. Enchanted Springs staff is ready to help make planning your next Texas-sized event a breeze! Read along to see if a question you have is answered.

What is Enchanted Springs Ranch?

Enchanted Springs Ranch is a private event venue located in the Texas Hill Country 25 minutes from San Antonio in Boerne, TX. ESR is the perfect venue for a corporate event, private event, and wedding, team building event, field trip or filming location.

Are you open to the public?

We are not open to the public. We have been a private event venue for the past several years. However, we are opening our gates to the public on specific dates in November and December. More info to come! Make sure to follow our social media to be in the know once we release the details.

Do you have daily activities?

Since we are not open to the public every day, we do not have daily activities going on. However, if you book Enchanted Springs Ranch for your next special event, there is a list of activities we offer that you can choose to add on! Check out our list of activities in this blog post!

How do I schedule my next event at the ranch?

To schedule your event, simply visit our website and click on the tab that best describes your event: the corporate and private events tab, the team-building tab, the wedding tab, or the field trip tab. There is a contact form listed at the bottom of each of these tabs where you can input the information for your event and someone will contact you shortly with an estimate. You can also call our office at 830-249-8222.

What is the minimum number of people for an event?

There is not a required minimum number of people you must have at your event. Our rental fees are based on how many people you will have, and how long you will be on property. All of our estimates are customized to fit our client’s specific needs!

What type of events can you accommodate? 

Here at the ranch, we have hosted a variety of events! ESR is ideal for corporate events and private events, weddingsteam building, field trips and filming for commercials, movies, music videos and tv shows. A lot of people want to know what a private event consist of. ESR is perfect for any private event such as: anniversary parties, formals, family reunions, company picnics, birthday celebrations, rehearsal dinners, and everything in between!

Do you have a list of preferred vendors that we are required to use for events?

We do not have a list of preferred vendors that you have to use for your private event at the ranch. As long as the vendor is reputable and carries the proper insurance, you are welcome to use them. If you need help finding vendors, we are happy to help you!

Where can I see photos of previous events?

We have an Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest pages that are filled with photos from previous events at the ranch. Enchanted Springs Ranch is a large property, we make sure to post content that helps you visualize our unique venue! These are sure to provide you with some ranch inspiration!

How soon should I book my event at the ranch?

The sooner the better! Spaces fill up quickly. As soon as you know the details of your event, submit an inquiry so that we can secure your date as soon as possible!

Will someone be there the day of to answer any questions I might have?

Yes, ESR will make sure that your event is staffed appropriately. We will have an ESR employee there to help sure the event itinerary is followed and everything goes smoothly. We are happy to answer any questions you might have about hosting your event at the ranch!
